Chocolate Cupcakes

I made a simple chocolate cupcake recipe with cheater from-the-jar chocolate frosting for Gina's birthday. We were low on cocoa powder - I only had about 1/2 cup - so they'll be lightly chocolatey. I'm taking them to her office in about an hour, so we'll taste them then.

The frosting says it can be stored unopened in a cupboard less than 90 degrees. Hahaha, I wish it was less than that here this week.
